I posted a performance request however, I think that maybe I am missing some of the fundamentals of the server setup also. After installing vBulletin on a blank VPS 768MB or RAM/ SCSI devices and 8 dual core CPU's, I found the following statistics from vbmicrostats. Page generated in 0.04093504 seconds (43.81% PHP - 56.19% MySQL) with 9 queries I also installed Xcache which seems to of made it worst. I will disable it to test things out however, I think the PHP/MySQL numbers speak for themselves. Something not right here. :(Whats wrong with the page being generated in .04 seconds? Generally I browse the forums by just searching the new posts. When I log in recently, I've been getting 5-6 pages of new posts. i just recently got a 300 wby rifle, and after i bought it i found that the rounds are about 2.50$ each lol which for target shooting gets to be a little bit much. i was just wondering if i can use like 300 win mag rounds or something with it. something thats cheaperNO. Worse - reloading the 300 Weatheby is a chore since it has that rounded shoulder. You literally have to bring the rifle to the loading bench and adjust the full lenght sizing die by trial and error to get them to chamber correctly. I need to finish living quarters in a horse trailer. I have put it the insulation , but I don't know how to attach the paneling thus where I can or can not put screws.The location of screws depends on the type of trailer. Basically, you can put screws anywhere they don't go all the way through the walls (so water can't get in at the holes) - like in the supports, the floor, and the braces. Hi I new to the photo forum my name is Lizette. I've been doing video work and I mainly make short films and such. I recently entered the photography field with knowledge coming from film studies. I bought a Canon Rebel XT a few months ago and my pictures looked sharp and clear then. I am working with the kit lens and a sigma 70-300mm macro zoom lens. I still use both but now it seems like a lot of my photos are blurring. It looks like camera shake has something to do with this but if i'm in the sun I don't understand why this would be happening even on the basic focus and shoot mode. I've just been offered the chance to shoot my favourite thing.. Food ! Anyone out there with any experience of commercial food photography in the studio with any helpful hints or tips ??? By way of contribution myself... How to get wonderful reflection shots: place object to shoot in/on a tray,raised a few millimeters. flood the tray once the shot is set up with vegetable oil and you'l; get soft mirror reflections and a nice surface to bounce coloured light off too.... Or... To make certain foods look moist -cake for eg - spray with frying-spray just before the shoot. DO NOT eat afterwards ! Anyone have any other tips or tricks ? Hi there, I've just picked up a Mamiya 645 1000S with Sekor f/2.8 80mm lens, a lever wind, waistfinder and hand-grip release for 250$. I just fell in love with this camera (have to see how it shoots now), I know it's too late but was that a good deal? Forgot to add that it's in MINT condition. I have a Nikon F3 and a 6x6 Sem (excellent french TLR), I've sold the second now because I wanted a more modulable large format camera. Can you tell me more about the Mamiya: is it a good all-around camera (can I get rid of the F3?), is it better to buy the metered prism or a hand held meter, what options should I add to the cam?
